It feels like things are spinning and that's making me dizzy.
It started when I woke up this morning at 7. I've been sick for a few days with a regular cold. Sometimes I feel better, sometimes it's worse. Today has definitely been worse. It's mostly my nose, headache, things spinning (which leads to dizziness), light headed, and weak. Today I've... um... emptied my, well, everything from down south if you know what I mean. That's still normal, right? How do I make the spinning / dizziness go away?
Re: I'm dizzy.
Definitely been a little nauseated today too. I've been drinking a lot of water and gatorade. I don't actually have a doctor right now so I'd be stuck going to urgent care. Bleck.
Does it get worse when you change positions??

I had an ENT rotation last year and saw it a couple times, and my step-dad actually had it recently. If it doesn't get better, definitely go get seen... The weird maneuvers work wonders!
