Goals: Stick to Half Marathon training plan, control portion sizes.
Did you stick to your H&F plan last week? Not at all. I didn't do any of my workouts except my long run. I was so busy with finishing up assignments for school and tutoring. And when I wasn't busy, I was just too tired.
AWs from last week? I ran 9 miles! And it was on a treadmill. I went to MIL's gym with her (the gym she goes to is a lot nicer) and we both did 9 miles on the treadmills. The treadmills there were awesome. They had something called Virtual Active where you pick a location and that location comes up on the TV screen and it's like you're running there. I ran through the Northern Rocky Mountains, Chicago, and Yosemite Park lol.
Struggles/problems? After my long runs, the side of the ball of my right foot HURTS. It feels like it's bruised. It hurts the day after the long run and sometimes the day after that. It hurts to walk, to bend my big toe up or down. Hopefully I can figure out what is causing it. I also notice that if I skip my Monday workout, I will most likely skip all of my workouts for the week, so I am going to make sure I get my workout in today.
H&F plan for this week? M: 3 mile run. T: Arms/Shoulders. W: Speedwork. Th: Legs/Back. F: Rest. Sa: 10 mile run. Su: Rest.
Where do most of your workout clothes come from? Academy, UA outlet, Nike outlet, and then just old t-shirts I have. I want to try out some of Target's workout clothes, I hear they are pretty awesome and they're cheaper than Nike and Under Armour.

Did you stick to your H&F plan last week? Uh...what fitness plan? That's going to start soon, I hope.
AWs from last week? I had a lot of sexy time, despite feeling like a troll.
Struggles/problems? I have ZERO motivation.
H&F plan for this week? Zumba 2x, elliptical 2x, buy healthy sh!t at the store and eat it.
Where do most of your workout clothes come from? Dillards, Academy
Goals: finish stage 4 of NROLFW
Did you stick to your H&F plan last week? close enough. I only swam once instead of twice, but I did 3 lifting workouts.
AWs from last week? I went up in weight or increased the number of reps on several exercises.
Struggles/problems? My hip is tight/achy. I need to find some new stretches for it.
H&F plan for this week? lift once (last workout in stage 4!), swim once, then start rest week-and-a-half for Christmas vacation
Where do most of your workout clothes come from? sports bras- Target, gym shorts- Academy, shirts- Kohl's or old t-shirts.
