Is there a spinach artichoke dip recipe out there that is really good?
How many does it serve? It would be an appetizer for about 20 people.
Do you serve bread or chips or veggies with this dip?
Thanks!
Re: Spinach artichoke dip
I like pampered chef's, but I do add a little more mayo than it calls for..

On a side note, I had the premade stuff they have a Costco over Thanksgiving, and it is fabulous! It comes in a big tub for 5-7 bucks, and all you have to do is heat it up:)
I have made it before but I would consider buying the Costco version. It is really good and cheesy and not crazy expensive. I would rather have bread (french baguettes cut thin or even everything bagel chips) than veggies to dip in it. I like to load up on the goodness and a veggie isn't a good enough vehicle to have 5 tablespoons per bit LOL

(I didn't use Pepper Jack cheese, I used a mix of white cheeses)
Ingredients
Directions
Boil spinach and artichokes in 1 cup of water until tender and drain. Discard liquid. Heat cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute or until hot and soft. Stir in rest of ingredients and serve hot.
YUM YUM YUM
This is really good, warm or cold.
Agreed. Costco's is REALLY good.
I like making ones that call for a jar of alfredo sauce. They are the really creamy ones.
