Holy cow, I'm so tired of this house remodeling crap! lol We decided that my sewing room and our bedroom would be the first rooms that we would move furniture into, since for one thing, we are using a completely different bed in our bedroom, and so that we would have the space in our dining room where my sewing stuff has been to store boxes. Anyway! Now I have furniture in my sewing room. A whole four walls that are MINE to make a huge mess in making neat things, and I can't play in there! Wrong choice to do that room first. lol
The huge desk I worked on this summer turned out awesome for a sewing table, I'm getting ready to paint the peg board, and I have TWO large bookshelves to store things on...I'm like DYING over here not being able to play in there.
Tell me it will be worth the wait! And keep posting your homemade Christmas gifts, because I'm not making a single one this year and I'm feeling like a major crafty momma failure. lol

PAIF and SAIF welcome. IVF questions welcome, too.
It will be worth it when it is done! Sadly, we bought our house almost two years ago and we are still painting etc. The best advice I have is to just get the "necessary" (i.e., "craft") space done and tackle the other spots one at a time. And...HAVE FUN!!!!
lol! Actually, pretty much the whole house, other than flooring, will be done when we move in (benefits of that PITA FHA loan, didn't have to put as much down, so had a ton more money for the remodel). But yes, I'm totally putting my sewing room together before my pantry...is that bad? lol Heading out to work on my peg board today. It's a little sad how excited I am about that darn peg board.

That's awesome that you have almost the whole house done before moving in - I am jealous!
And LOL nope - not bad at all! Priorities are priorities! Come to think of it, my craft room was a much higher priority than other rooms haha - actually, the craft room was 100% furnished before we even bought a dining room set...DH built two tables for me (from scratch - LOVE HIM!!) and we bought a loveseat for in there before we even considered furnishing the dining room.
