- I use swiss or provolone over gruyere b/c it's quite expensive.

- I use andouille sausage instead of chicken and omit the sun dried tomatoes and use a fraction of the blackening spice.

Here's mine:
M- Microwave dinner- there's these new meals at Hy-Vee and they are really good. We are trying the pork one tonight.
T- Chicken in crockpot - needing a recipe
W- leftovers from T
Th- spegettios (E and I get to share a can after dance) with a side of apples and PB
F- out to eat
S- steak and potato with a side veggie
Su- baked spegetti, bread, salad, and a bunch of appetizers, mmmmm!
M-Wings from Oscars
T-Beef Enchiladas
W-Mini Meatball Sliders (Pioneer Woman Recipe)
Th-Chicken Sausage on Hoagies, Baked Beans
F-DH out so girls and I will order pizza

I made this last night! It was great! I added garlic powder to the top so it was more like garlic bread and I liked it better.
Monday- Chili, Cornbread, salad
Tues- Dinner with friends as DH is working late
