Does anybody know
Of some chain type of place where I can get an eye exam with late hours? I want to go after work. I also want to go this week. Any ideas?

But mall-based places are probably a good bet.
I would try lenscrafters. I called a few "chains" before them, and it was about 2-3 weeks to get an appointment. I then called Lenscrafters in the South Shore Plaza and made an appointment for the next day. My husband will never make an appoinment and will just walk in when he's in the mall and gets seen. I would make an appointment just to be on the safe side, but they're really flexible compared to most.
