No particular order this week. Some of last week is carried over to this week since I did not make it for various reasons.
Chicken Stuffed with Green Chiles and Cheese , Fiesta Lime Rice
Santa Fe Chicken Salad Wraps
Chicken Rustica, mashed potatos
Roasted Vegetable stacked Enchiladas
Zuchini Boats, Steak (filet mignon from omaha steaks package)
Deer sausage, loaded baked potato salad, black bean salad
Mexican Pizza
Lame week. DH is OOT and I'm going to my mom's for a few days.
S- leftover jambalaya
M-T- at my mom's
W- take out
Th- tacos
F- leftover tacos or out, depending on when DH gets home
S- out
Sun- out for mexican
Mon- Pork tenderloin with marsala dijon sauce
Tues- ??? Holiday hay ride at 6, so something super easy
Wed- DH out, pasta with bolognese for me and the boys
Thur- me out. DH and boys will fend for themselves
Fri- out
Sat- out
Today - leftover football watching food including crack dip and sausage and cheese stuffed jalapenos.
Monday - CFA on the way to gymnastics
Tuesday - spaghetti with meatsauce and salad
Wednesday - beans and sausage over brown rice; not sure of a vegetable yet
Thursday - leftovers from Tues/Wed
Friday - tacos or burritos
Saturday - party food

Quick and easy every night for us. We have somewhere to be every single night.

Mon--roasted red pepper and basil pesto penne with chicken
Tues--beef bulgogi over steamed rice, roasted broccoli
Wed--shakshouka with sourdough bread, roasted asparagus w/parm and balsamic
Thurs--DD and I out somewhere after looking at Christmas lights
Fri--TBD
Easy week here:
Mon: Tostadas, rice, beans, guac.
Tues: whatever is leftover turned into quesadillas
Weds: Shrimp Creole over brown rice
Thurs: Tomato basil soup (Avery's new favorite kick) and roasted veggie/mozzarella sandwiches
Fri: Not sure...probably out
Sat: Out for holiday party
