F/U to mulled wine
Hey everyone! Thanks for all your advice regarding mulled wine. Your advice was perfect. People liked the concoction, however, I have learned a few things in the process:
Do not multiply the directions. I had to make 5 times more than the serving directions on the can of mulling spices. I would have had to dump the whole can of spices into the crockpot, so I only doubled their recipe. Also, I made the mistake of putting 5 times the sugar in, too. I thought it was a little too sweet. I should learn to taste things as I go.
But I definitely will be making this again!
