What's your favorite holiday cookie (or bar, bark, etc)? My floor at work is having a pot luck Friday and then I have a cookie swap on Saturday so I'd like to make a cookie (or cookies related item) to make for both.
TIA! (off to pinterest for ideas)

Re: Holiday Cookies
mary posted on her blog (and got from pintrest) an oreo bark that is super simple and I plan to make for work too!
I also have a carmelita recipe (bar) that I can dig up if you want that.
I was going to recommend the cookies and cream bark too!
I also liked these alot: caramel thumbprints

I love buckeyes. I only make them this time of year. They are a peanut butter ball with a chocolate coating that leaves a bit of peanut butter at the top to look like a buckeye.
I also love chocolate drop cookies with a chocolate frosting. These are a bit easier to make than the buckeyes.

I love those too!
I have a cookie swap at work Friday and I'm going to make soft gingersnaps (I think that's what I brought to Claire's swap last year).
