As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Ideas needed for a toy for 18 month old girl
I would especially appreciate a toy idea that would annoy the 18-month old's parents, but be super fun for her! 
The parents and the baby live OOT, and I'm not sure what she already has. I would be buying this online and having it shipped to their home.

most annoying toy ever! get it! lol.
and i love that your criteria was to annoy the parents, that is hilarious!
my mom used to have this criteria when buying gifts for children...but on top of just annoying the parents, it also had to "not come with batteries", because parents can just take the batteries out.
any sort of a toy xylophone, piano, noise making device.. or one of those little popcorn popping wheely pushy things.
