Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. How'd everybody do last week?

  • I did pretty well last week, and it showed on the scale, I lost 3 lbs! I ran 5 days- that was my goal. Did yoga once, I wanted to do it 2, but I returned the video. But didn't weight lift, we decided to start that after we finish the C25K.

    This week we are on week 8 of the C25K and should just about finish the program since we are running 5-6 times a week.

    Goals for next week. Buy some healthy food for dinners and not eat out so much. Continue tracking and run at least 5 times, stretch more after our runs.

  •  Good job lady, wish I had your motivation. I am seriously lacking though :-/

    I lost 1.9 lbs last  week (but I weighed myself while period-puffy) for a total of 22.8. 

    This week I hope to lose 3 more pounds, I would like to be down 30 by the end of the month, but I don't know if that's realistic with Christmas in two weeks and all. I was thinking about joining the gym that's right by us right after Christmas to give myself a boost, but then it would be crazy busy with all the 2-month (or so) New Years' resolution people that I just don't wanna deal with. So for now just sticking with the diet solo.
