okay, a mark on the naughty list

So after last week of shipping 5 boxes, wrapping the contents of 4, labeling and stamping 100 cards, including getting foreign postage from the post office for 3, plus crazy-busy work while solo parenting for 7 days including for 3 events for DD and a neighbor's cookie exchange, 5 loads of laundry, and then cleaning up 2 poopy diapers and 3 piles of dog vomit while DH, who had just gotten home, ran off to basketball ("it's the playoffs, honey -- I have to go!") and now nursing a sinus infection that I kept putting off going to the dr's about because I was so busy, so that I am now on steroids for it in addition to the antibiotics, I am sitting up here in the spare room/my office area on a conference call that I don't need to be on while I make DH vacuum the carpet where the dog puked so I don't have to do it myself.  And his "honey do" list is about 20 items long (his week is very light while I am ridiculously busy - and yes it includes steam cleaning the puked-on carpet later).

Does petty vengeance put me on the naughty list?
