Update on cousin's BC & PET scan
Thanks for the juju ladies!
M will be having her lymph nodes removed in a few days but the scan is clean - no cancer anywhere else in her body. That was their big concern, so YAY!
Now, any ideas of a small "fun" gift to bring someone recovering at home? I know they have movies & I'm trying to find out what she likes to read.

Hale-effin-lujah!!! Fun things people brought me: super fuzzy socks (I've seen at Target), brain candy magazines (one friend even bought a year subscription to People, another gave me "annotated" magazines with sweet notes about articles tucked in the pages), maybe some super comfy lounge clothes, like a soft robe or pair of yoga/PJ pants from Target?
I'm sorry, I can't remember what kind of surgery she had, but know that reading much more than People might be too much right now. I could barely look at the pictures :-) One of the best things was my DH reading to me in the hospital, so maybe a good audiobook? I would suggest nothing that even remotely mentions death/dying :-) Bossypants? Something funny and lighthearted (even with such good news, it's still probably too soon).
