Hey everyone!
Sorry, I've been really sucky at posting an update, I really can only post from my phone and it's a huge PITA so I just lurk when I can and try to keep up with you all.
First of all, congrats to all the new mommies on the board! Mic- baby girl is adorable! Erin48- I've been keeping you and your girls in my thoughts and prayers as well.
It was a crazy few weeks, had some snafus with our mortgage lender due to our house being a flip property (will NEVER do this again, that's for sure) there were just so many extra things we had to do and wait on because our seller didn't own the house for 90 days before we went under contract. But we're all good now, we closed escrow 2 weeks ago and are trying to get settled.
I started my new job 2 weeks ago, and will be working part-time/hourly until Jan. 3 when I'm official. So DH and I have taken a couple of trips, 1st was to the central coast, I spent the day at the beach while DH had to lead a training class. 2nd was to NYC just last week! We got back last night super late, which I anticipated due to flight delays, so I didn't go in to work today. We did all sorts of fun things, saw Wicked, ate delicious food and cheesecake, and of course spent some time at Rockefellar Center gazing at that beautiful tree!
I hope to not be MIA too much, but with the brand new job and actually being busy, I won't be on much during the day. Hope you all are having a nice holiday season and I will try to post a little bit more!
