For those who have daycare providers who are CD friendly, what size wet bag do I need? Do you take the bags home every day or every other day? I still need to confirm with my provider that she's on-board-- she was willing when we talked this summer so I hope she remembers!
Thanks!
Re: CDing & daycare
We had a bag that holds 3-5 diapers and we brought it home every day. You don't really want poop sitting in there overnight- both for your diapers' quality and for your nose.
We actually got two bags after a while (and could use a third) so that if a bag gets gross smears inside or you forget to take the dipes out at the end of the night, you don't have a skanky bag to deal with for the next day.
I also recommend a bag that has a wet and dry pocket- it's helpful for if you have extra dry stuff you want to carry home and don't want yet another thing to carry.
I send C in a CD, and pack 4 more for the day, he usually wears 3 of those 4. They come back everyday, and go straight into my pail at home to be washed every 2 or 3 days.
I have 4 wetbags, but usually cycle through the two I made - all of them are about the same size and could fit ~5 or 6 diapers snugly, and often a poopy outfit, or two.
