Saw an attorney

Ive posted a few times here...but mostly lurk and it seems you girls are really helpful and lean on each other.

I have decided that its over between DH and I, there is no saving something that is already broken. I jumped into this marriage with blinders on thinking I could change and boy into a man and 4 years of dating, 1year of marriage I realize that's not going to happen.

So I saw an attorney yesterday, we reside in the state of FL.....it seems that this could be a pretty simple divorce if he doesn't fight me. We own a house he's on the mortage, Im on the deed. The attorney said I can basically walk from the house and sign myself off the deed. This whole process sucks but unfortunately you learn alot in your 20's. Everything else is seperate bank accounts, car loans, etc.......I guess just starting this process before christmas really sucks.
