How is everyone today?
I was feeling really off yesterday. I think one of the puffers was messing with me, so I left work early to take a nap and felt a million times better. I'm back in to follow up with my family doc this morning, so hopefully I'm on the mend!
We got our Christmas tree last night, finally. Little Chloe was confused as to why we brought the outside inside. She seems to love laying under the tree on the fleece tree skirt though, so that's good. And, she only tried to climb it once!
Tonight I'm off to the mall to do some Christmas shopping and pick Erin up from work. Then we'll decorate the tree.

Hello all. DH and I went to bed earlyl last night, so I feel much better today after a good nights sleep. I think I need a few more of those to completely get over the jetlag though.
I had my annual health assessment this morning, and everything looks good so far, pending results of pap and bloodwork.
Nothing else exciting going on today. I finally got my luggage back this morning, so I have to unpack tonight.

Good morning. Trying to catch up on work emails here;I go away for one day and there's 45 of them sitting in there, staring at me. At my old job I'd be lucky if I had five waiting for me after a day off. :P And oh, I forgot to wear my rings today. My left hand feels really, really strange.
Just going to slog through the day--I'm feeling pretty bummed and really just want to find a corner to hide in for a while. I'll try to make tonight a gym night, but I'm sore from Sunday's run for some reason.

Good morning, ladies.
Our office Christmas party was last night. Pretty low key, but the food was good. DH forgot about it and went home, so I went by myself. He felt bad about it later, I think.
I got my SS gift - I'll have to AW from home because I can't use tinypic from work and I want to post pics. It's fantastic! (Thank you eeeeva).
Morning. Last night was crazy busy, but I feel like I got a lot accomplished. I ordered my bridesmaid dress for my brother's wedding. It's actually really cute so I'm very excited to see how it looks once I get it in my size. I got my baking started. My work Christmas party is tomorrow so I'll have to finish everything up tonight.
Today I have a holiday luncheon for my office. I have dinner cooking in the crockpot. So when I get home tonight I'll be able to focus on my baking (and maybe sneak in a workout if I'm lucky).

Last night was interesting. Jim's Mom won a door prize at the Kennedy Center holiday party and she didn't want it. She said it was an iPod and asked if we wanted it, so I said sure, thinking that's not too much money and I can use it at the gym or when we travel. I got home and set it aside, then finally looked at it a couple of hours later. It's a freakin' iPad. A 32GB, 3G, wifi iPad with a leather case. I nearly died and then made Jim call her to make sure she really wanted us to have it. She said yes, but I still haven't opened it yet.
Other than that, I think I'm getting a cold. My throat is all scratchy today, but much less painful than it was last night. Hopefully, it's just some drainage and not ::whispers:: strep, which I get with alarming frequency.

reba* That is amazing! I'm so jealous. I don't think I can ever pull the plug to get myself an ipad. I have a laptop, so I'm pretty content with that I guess.
Last night was okay. We finally got the bub to sleep around 8, but then he woke up around 11 again for another bottle and I couldn't for the life of me get him back to sleep. I finally put him on his stomach, and he passed right out, like a drunk kid. haha. I was so nervous all night, though, because I guess he's still technically too young to sleep that way. Worked like a charm even after his 2nd feeding, too. He can lift his head and roll most of the time, so I don't see the harm in it if that's how he's comfortable now. Way better for me, since I got to sleep without him on top of me last night.
We have DH's Christmas party this Friday and my brother comes Monday for like 10 days. Super excited, but that also means I need to clean out the guest room this week and start cleaning now. If I leave it all for the weekend, it's going to take forever.
Reba - That is great! I would love an I-pad, and for free - even better!
I managed to get the lights on the tree lastnight, and the boys were fascinated. They kept pointing, and slowly "touching" the tree, it was so stinking cute. I think Christian is finally starting to feel better, his cough is breaking up! Zach didn't eat much this morning, so I am anxious to hear how he does at DC today.
Tonight I'll attempt putting some ornaments on the tree, and hopefully that will be it. I might just leave the bottom half of the tree empty, and then I won't have to worry about it.
Otherwise, I have already had a crazy day at work, and now need to get some work done. Yay for meetings alreay being over.

Last night I got a good bit accomploshied. I started my baking for DH's christmas party on wednesday night. The only thing I have left to make is chocolate chip cookies tonight.
Me and the boys have haircuts tonight. I wasn't at work yesterday so I am playing makeup today. Thankfully I don't have much to make up.

Good morning! Yesterday after work I went and got my hair done with my mom.I think my cut came out good but I'm still undecided on the color. I didn't get home until almost 10:00pm last night so it was straight to bed after that.
I'm 14dpo today with no signs of AF, so I tested and got a BFN. I've been having a ton of phantom symptoms so, if AF isn't here in the next couple of days I'll test again.
Today I have a ton of work to do in preparation for my week off next week! Have a great day ladies!
Bailey - Fingers crossed for you guys!
We had a low key evening last night. We had french dips and kale chips and watched the Seahawks game. We've both been burning the candle at both ends, so we called it a night early and got some sleep. Inconsiderate neighbors drinking outside until 2am (when it's 34 degrees outside!) was a bit ridiculous.
Reba - that is so freaking awesome! Enjoy your new toy.
Bailey - Fingers crossed for you my dear. Test again tomorrow. I'm a totally pee pusher.
Last night was pretty low key. I didn't go grocery shopping so I'm going today after work. This time for sure because we're really out of food and can't keep going out to eat. I wrote out a tentative meal plan for the week so I can stay on budget too.
Work should be busy again so I probably won't be around much after this. Tonight I plan on doing some laundry and hopefully getting some reading in. Hope you all have a good day.

All of this!
Last night we went to our friends and watched The Thing (the 1982 version). It was okay. Unfortunately, this mean I didn't get to bed until later than I should have stayed up.
Today was another busy and stressful day at work. Thankfully a co-worker had a bit of a lighter workload and helped me out so I could get out on time.
Tonight I have the small hospital Christmas party at a restaurant a small town over. I'm hoping the food is good and that I don't stay out too late.
