Mon - DH made a beer can chicken.
Tonight - chicken paninis with the left overs
Not sure of the order but the following things are in our fridge:
Brinner, Turkey burgers and maybe homemade pizza w/ chicken bc that chicken was huge and there is only 2 of us.
We are so boring and I really need to start making new things.
My little nuggets
Friday night I made meatball sandwiches and Mac & cheese.
So that's what we had on Sunday, and yesterday we had pasta with the rest of the sauce.
Now I have tons of pasta leftover, and I need to make a sauce tonight.
No idea what to make the rest of the week.

I haven't been doing so well with the planning but last week I made lasagna soup which was ok.
Last night I made a yummy whole roasted chicken and I'm trying to figure out what to do with the leftovers for dinner tonight.
I'm pretty sure I will be making mexican casserole at some point this week.
I suck at life. Really. By the time I get my road-raged self home from work, I have 0 motivation to cook anything. Most of the time I don't even feel like eating which p*sses DH off because he's starving. DH is really good about starting dinner and even cooking the entire thing but it makes me feel like a giant wife failure. Who wants to cook after a 1.5-2 hour commute? Not me.
Monday - homemade chicken noodle soup
Tuesday - BK Lounge (at Hunter's request)
Wednesday - No idea. Anxiety just thinking about it.
Thursday - same as weds.
Friday - pizza? but really, no idea.
h-dubs,
i hate your commute for you since i used to do it too. boo rt 1/95s and all other parts of it.
can you maybe do some of the clean up and prep for the following night's dinner? would that make you feel better and make it easier for your dh? the last thing i feel like doing when i get home is start all of the stuff for dinner, so if i have some of it ready (veggies pre-chopped or boxed ingredients set out) i just feel like 1/2 the battle is over.
Monday: DH ate leftover crock pot ham with brown sugar that I made over the weekend, while I made myself grilled cheese.
Tuesday: Beef burritos
Wednesday: Cheesy Chicken in crock pot
Thursday: probably soup & grilled cheese, if I don't end up eating with my dad (the kiddo will be at his house all day while I have some work done on the house, and I'll be swinging over there around dinnertime to check in before I head to work)
Friday: Not sure yet- I may be going out to dinner with a friend...if not, possibly pulled chicken ranch wraps.
Saturday: dinner out with my college roomie and her husband
Sunday: at my parents' for my brother's birthday dinner
I hear you girls about feeling boring with the foods. I did a huge shopping trip last Thursday night and loaded up on stuff- meats, veggies, soups, potatoes, etc. I had even planned ahead with the trip and bought for specific meals to make...then this week became more hectic than I anticipated, and on top of that, our dinner plans for this coming weekend drastically changed- went from eating in every night, to being out possibly all 3- which is nice, since we'll get to see friends and family, but throws off my brilliant plans to cook more elaborate and new things on my days off from work...guess there's always next week!
