What are you looking forward to doing this weekend?
I'm taking Felicity to the Natural History Museum with my mom on Friday, so Damian can get a lot of sleep that day. Saturday, we're going to ICE! with a bunch of ladies from here
and Sunday we're going to stay at home and relax, or I may go walk around downtown Leesburg or something, not too sure yet.
I'm really looking forward to Friday and Saturday though! Should be lots of fun!
My overly happy baby girl!

I'm a breastfeeding, baby wearing, cloth diapering, co-sleeping, anti-CIO Mommy

And going to get a pedicure. I so badly need one. I was going to go during the week after Labor Day so I would have pretty feet while in the hospital and at home during recovery from having Cody. Well, Cody had other plans and I have not gotten a pedicure since he has been born.
Our big things are ICE! and Santa. We're going to ICE on Saturday (then the grocery store that afternoon) and then Sunday morning we're going to breakfast and then to Santa. I hope to get to Santa very early so we're first in line - it's too close to nap time.
MIL's side of the family is coming into Indy for the annual family Christmas- usually it's in Canton, OH. She's super excited to have everyone in town. She's hosting all the big stuff at her and FIL's house, but we've got some family staying with us as well: Drew's cousin Kyle, his wife Kristin, their 2yr old daughter Maddi, their 8 month old son Payton, Drew's cousin Amanda, her husband Patrick, Drew's cousin Zack, and Drew's cousin Alex. Kyle and his family will all share a room, Amanda nad Patrick will get the other bedroom, and Zack and Alex are stuck on the couch and the futon. Should be an interesting Friday and Satruday night! Then I'm taking Monday and Tuesday off work :-)

O.M.G. I would die with all those people in my house. I'm terrible at having guests (not to mention we'd only be able to host one person to sleep on the couch).
We invited Kyle and Amanda and their spouses/kids because that's the number of bedrooms we have to keep it comfortable. We were told that Zack and Alex were staying with us- and Drew was pissed at his aunt for doing that. It's only 2 nights at the most, so it won't be too bad. Plus I'm choosing to look at it as a blessing that we have family who can do something like this and that we have a beautiful home we can share.

Okay, two days is definitely more manageable (for my mental health - lol). Plus you guys will mainly be out at the events. Definitely blessing you have the space to host family you love
Oh I can't wait! If we make it to Friday, I'm off till January 2!! This weekend, I'm going to Cincy for my cousin's wedding. We're going to hit up Ikea and see what damage we can do.
I'll get home Sunday and will have nothing to do except be lazy and finish up some shopping from Monday-Thursday. Then, we're gone Thursday-Wednesday morning for Christmases and then don't have anything from Wednesday-Sunday.
I'm pumped. This is the first Christmas break we won't have to run around crazy. L just has to work one day in there.
Like Plum (I love that -- he, he), If I can make it till Friday I'm off till Jan 2 for a very well deserved break!!
We are doing ICE and Santa too... I'm hoping that he won't be too cranky from Saturday to go on Sunday to Santa for a picture. What I'm also looking forward to is on Monday-- I get the house to myself!
