Re: Christmas Tree Poll!
I didn't put any Christmas decorations up this year. You can call me Scrooge.
In my defense, we've got the two cats, who will climb the tree, and the dog, who will probably knock the darn thing over. Since we're not hosting Christmas, I spared myself the stress. I'll have to decorate every other year from here on out because of kids, so I'm savoring this year.

1. White lights, a set of Mickey lights (yep, we are those people), and ribbon wrapped around the tree, many ornaments.
2. Some generic, some meaningful
3. Definitely live, I love the smell
4. Day after Thanksgiving
5. It usually comes down New Year's Day
6. There are two old ornaments from Pat's grandpa's that are special, I also really like this one particular ornament from our first Christmas with our wedding pic on it, I have some fav Disney ones too that resemble each park. Wow, I sound like such a Disney loser!
1. Ornaments, yay for pre-lit trees!
2. I got rid of most of the generic ball ornaments. Now we have just the sentimental ones or ones I've picked up through the years.
3. Fake, although DH has hinted to getting a real one. Then I asked him 1000 questions about real trees, hopefully that bought me another year. I mean the man doesn't even fluff the damn tree as he puts it up, but he wants to buy a real one and have to string lights?
4. DH had it up the Friday after Thanksgiving.
5. As soon as we get home from Maryland, probably the 30th/31st. We refuse to go back to work with the tree up, we'll leave the outside decor up probably another weekend after that.
6. Probably all the ornaments from our honeymoon stops and a puppy photo one of Sadie.

I made one of these with our wedding invitations - I love it!
Also - we got these pine scented thingies from Lowes that you hide in your tree (I can't even find them) that make it smell like you have a real tree. very neat.
