Handyman rec for garbage disposal?
I called my regular person, and he would charge $200 to install a new garbage disposal. Eek. Whitdog said she got a good handyman rec here. I'd be grateful for any names and numbers!

Hehe... true, I could. I'll see what we could do. Our landlord said to call a handyman, I didn't even think of doing it ourselves.
I am not a big DIY'er, but this one is really easy. I did ours by myself. There is one moment where you have to hold it up and press upwards while you twist something. Other than that, it is easy peasy, especially if you are replacing one that is already there.
We have a great handyman, but I don't think he goes that far out of the 'hood.
