How is everyone doing this week?
I posted on the fb group wall that I met my first mini goal over the weekend. I'm also starting to tell a difference in the way my clothes fit. Today I'm wearing a long cardi and I can button it for the first time.
I have 3 Christmas events at the end of this week. I'm planning to make good choices and maintain.

I have been doing really well other than the fact that I ate completely off plan this weekend. We had Christmas and birthday parties to go to for 3 nights in a row and at some of them there was seriously nothing there I could (should) eat. It reminded me of Ashley's question about whether she should let hosts know she was a vegetarian ahead of time (how did that go, btw?) I don't eat red meat and at one place they only had a big beef roast and potato dumplings. So eating only potato dumplings for dinner when I've been low carb for 8 months really threw me for a loop. The wine might have contributed as well
I'm back on track now, up a few pounds, but I'm sure it's mostly water weight from the carbs and will come back off soon. I'm wearing some of my new clothes from my recent shopping trip and I feel cute, so there's that!
My Ovulation Chart
By some miracle I maintained this week. I love the holidays and my brain just wants to eat, drink, and celebrate so this month will be a struggle. I've asked DH to try and keep me somewhat accountable so hopefully that will help.
I am the same as last week.
I plan on enjoying the holidays and joining WW on December 27th. Hopefully I don't gain any between now in then. According to the WW website I am obese which I am not sure I agree with but it still makes me feel awful.
I saw you not that long ago. No way in hell are you obese.

I have no clue how much I weigh, I'm almost scared to weigh myself. I'm still nursing Mackenzie and I'm scared of screwing with my supply, so I eat when I'm hungry.. and I'm always hungry. Throw in the fact that I have zero time to work out right now, and I just feel blah
I'm hoping that things will settle down at work after the new year and I'll be able to find an hour or so in my day to run or work out or something. I just feel blah
