FU to my favorite uncle: TPJ please

I finally got some more details about what happened. He's been having back problems the past year and had to start sleeping in a reclining chair. Last night he went to bed at his normal time. Said goodnight to my aunt, grabbed a book and off he went. This morning my aunt got up at her normal time and he was still in the chair. She peeked in on him, as in looked into the room, and decided to just let him sleep. Almost two hours later she decided to wake him up because it wasn't normal for him to sleep so late and discovered that he had passed in his sleep at some point. At least he went quietly and peacefully.

My Aunt has been battling colon cancer all year and just finished her last round of chemo two weeks ago. I can't even imagine how hard this is for her and my three cousins (their daughters), especially my cousin Wendy who lives in the same small town with them and has already been helping care for her mom.

I have nothing but amazing memories of him from my childhood. He was a life long, retired marine and Vietnam veteran. Just an all around amazing man. He was out here last summer visiting and I got to seem him and have him meet N and am just so so grateful to have had that time. Services will be this Friday in North Carolina.

If you have any time to offer some TPJ for my family in general, but specifically for my aunt, cousins, and their families I know it could be used and will be appreciated.
