Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Anyone else experience this?
Anyone else out there work for a pompous aass that continually uses the phrase:
"This is MY shop and I'll do what I want, when I want, and if you don't like it there's the door!"
How do you deal with someone like this. It now boils down to faking a friendship with the boss because there is NO other route to take. The three of us have tried to keep our head down and just work and the boss has even said that doing that is NOT ok either - - again he repeats - - if you don't like it, there's the door! This guy demands respect from us when he goofs off on facebook and youtube - is constantly caught napping in his office, and he pulls illegal shitt in the shop to please a customer. (Its a fine line whether its illegal or not he says)...he goes off on the littlest mistake we make saying "we can't be doing that to hundred thousand dollar cars!!!" - - - And yet he allowed a back window to be completely ruined (guaranteed to leak) because he REFUSED to listen to his employees at the very beginning when we said there was a problem. Talking about not doing shiittty work to hundred thousand dollar cars...
Any advice on how to deal with this assshoole? I cannot fake a friendship with a man who deserves no respect at all.

We are in the process of trying to do just that. It just sucks its taking this long.
Guess there's the door huh ... .... I loathe that man.
