XP and Update: Got an offer
So...I actually did try and negotiate, haha! I went for more PTO and a slight salary increase due to the increased medical premiums.
She told me that the benefits are non-negotiable but she would check regarding the salary increase. She mentioned that the salary offer was at the end high (which is the truth, I looked on Glassdoor.com) so she didn't know if it would fly.
The end result? No dice on any of it. But I accepted anyway and I am happy that I tried to negotiate. After all it is a 21k pay increase!!!! I start 1/9
