Lots of nesties went and and ran a great race! Good Job to Kat, Erica, Kristie, and Tiffany! PS I loved the lady in her bathrobe.
Re: So proud!
Great job ladies!!!!
That lady rocked. She was out there the entire race.
Everyone did such a great job. I'm sorry I couldn't find any of you. Hopefully we can all do it again.
This was my first half marathon and I had so much fun. This really was a well set up race! I LOVED the lady in the robe. She was so much fun!

I consider it one even if mine was hardly anyone's PR. That lady was so awesome. I'm sure I was the last one in our group and she was STILL out there. I really thought by then she would have went inside. Nope. I told her she was doing an amazing job and I looked forward to seeing her and her awesome hat every loop. Its amazing how a lady in her bathrobe can give me inspiration at mile 11.

You girls are awesome! Way to go.
FKB - Loved reading that your DD was there to present your medal.
You should give yourself way more credit than that. Most people can't even begin to understand how hard it is to run 13.1 miles. Hell, I just did it and I'm still having a hard time wrapping my head around it. I know it's hard not to compare yourself to others. I do it all the time and was quite disappointed with my time as well (until I put some thought into it). You trained for weeks. You ran through all types of weather. Even when you didn't want to... you pushed yourself! You completed 13.1 miles on foot! You ran 13.1 miles!
Trust me... that pain you are feeling today is because you accomplished something HUGE! Give yourself a big pat on the back because you deserve it. Now we can work together to make new PR's!
Besides, I saw your time.. you weren't that far behind me
