Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I work in a very male dominated field and am pretty good at going back and forth with the men I work with. I just had to be in a room with 8 of our newest employees (so all younger or around my age). I am plugging in my computer to the projector and the projector is not plugged in. One of the guys plugged it in and said it's plugged in now, you can turn it on and gave me a half wink. I was at a total loss for words and just turned bright red. I mean, really it wasn't anything flirtatious but I was at a total loss for words and bright red. The other guys in the room notice and all start laughing and giving the guy a hard time about embarrassing me and I was going to make the remainder of the class hard for him -- which just embarrassed me even more. I was never so glad to be done with that in my life!! (and i feel like I'm turning red again just thinking about it to type it out... jeez!!)
