Balls for Christmas - UK Nesties, HELP!!!
Ok, UK Nesties, I need some help. Do the British call the traditional "ball ornaments" simply "balls"?
Maybe it's just something from my region but I've never, ever, heard it as balls.
I must admit I giggled when I came across a worksheet today with a "guess which Christmas tree I am" activity saying:
"It has balls, candles, and chains."
Yes, I'm immature.
Re: Balls for Christmas - UK Nesties, HELP!!!
They call them "baubles." Sounds like balls with a british accent?
Okay, just re-read your post and saw that you READ where it called them "balls." This is my first Christmas in the UK, but I haven't heard anyone call them "balls"....just "baubles."

high five!
I had a serious dilemma last night. I found a great worksheet for the kids, but it referred to those round orbs of Christmas happiness as balls.
Whenever I see this post I immediately think about Schwety Balls.
That is all.
Chronically hilarious - you'll split your stitches!
I wrote a book! Bucket list CHECK!
