Bare Belly Alert - 35 weeks 1 day. and an update. Monday I woke up at 4 AM with intense period cramp like feelings. After trying all the usual, drink water, lay on this side crap, I called my OB, who sent me to L&D for monitoring. Baby's heartrate was super low when I got there, and my heart rate was super fast, so they kept us 5 hrs for monitoring. I am contracting every 3 to 5 minutes, but I can only feel about a quarter of them. OB wants to say they are BH, but is concerned that they are this consistent, since they are making no progress in dilation or effacement. (1 CM dilated, anterior cervix, 70% effaced) She put me on modified bedrest, saying she didn't want me on my feet stressing out working for 10 hours a day until I am at least full term. Baby's heartrate levelled out for the last 4 hours of monitoring so they think we caught her in a sleep pattern when we first got there. Everything is good now, and I am jsut taking it easy, so you may see a lot more of me around these parts!

--I had pretty regular contactions when I was 35 weeks like every 5 minutes for a whole morning then I went on to have Brin at 41.5 weeks! Take it easy.
