Re: Read this and feel old
Blog
16 read! my read shelf:
I was in college or law school when a lot of that happened.
Looking at the ages of the Spice Girls and Backstreet Boys (who are all around my age), I'm thinking - well at least JFK and Marilyn are older than me. LOL!
Agree! I miss the 90s!
lol really? That is hilarious! It does make sense though.....floppy disks are basically non existent now!
Some of those actually made me say, "Wow, really?" It's crazy to me that things that happened in 1991 that I remember so vividly, happened 20 years ago.
Same here... the time has seriously flown by!
Agree! I can hardly believe how quickly time has passed, especially when it just seems like yesterday for some of the things on the list.
The only one that made me think, "Wow," was Kurt Cobain being dead for 17 years. Dear lord.
The save button one was pretty hilarious. I didn't even get it at first, I was like, "Wait--that's the same save button, what's the deal?" It took me several moments to realize DUH, IT'S A FLOPPY DISK.
And Be Kind, Please Rewind. OMG. I don't know how we lived back in the olden days.
