Okay, I keep seeing all of the great ideas others are getting from Pinterest and know it would be totally up my alley, but I am hesitant to jump into another online distraction tool!

I think if you just go to Pinterest and click on login with Facebook it should work. Let me know if it doesn't. I thought I knew how to do it, but when I clicked "invite" next to your name, nothing happened. So if it doesn't work maybe one of the other ladies can help.
I have an obsessive personality and haven't found Pintrest to be a problem...I use it mostly for keeping track of recipes I find, but I also started a board to keep track of boots I like for when I finally decide to purchase some, and home decor and gift ideas.
I think I just signed up for an account without an invite...or requested an invite right through the site and they "approved" me or something. I didn't personally know anyone on it before I joined.
Thanks everyone! The FB thing didn't seem to work so I did the request through the website. Then I got an email saying I was on the wait list. Not sure how long that takes. If anyone wants to try to invite me again feel free. No big deal though!

Honestly, if I spent half as much time doing the things I found on pinterest as I do finding them, I'd be a very productive woman! I have found some cute gift ideas, and handmade gifts for my step-mom, best friend and BIL/SILs, and for a couple yankee swaps. And I learned how to make suoer cute bows for Layla's hair:)
