Sorry girls! It's been a nutty week, I haven't gotten on much!

1. Hobbies? Uh... this is a toughy for me. I was just complaining the other day that I needed a hobby! I enjoy photography, but I haven't the faintest clue where to start. I've tried scrapbooking, crochet, needlepoint, etc. I have the attention span of a goldfish! I do enjoy "manly" hobbies a lot, like off-roading, riding quads, fishing, things like that. I'm open to suggestion!

2. Favorite thing about being a mom? The warm fuzzy feeling the first time Nolan said "I yud u!" About broke me! I love that a part of me and a part of DH is a living, breathing, pooping human being with his own thoughts and personality. I cannot wait to see what lies around the corner of each new day! It's so awe inspiring and I thank God everyday for blessing me with that messy little turd!

3. Do you and your H plan on having more kids? How many? When? Oh gosh... weeellll. I am 98.4% sure that we will have one more. We have a pretty hard and fast rule that the kids will not outnumber the adults! It will be sometime before we start trying though. Definitely not until I am at least in my last semester of school, which will hopefully be about a year from now.

4. How's the job situation? Have you had your last day yet? Have you had any luck finding something closer? Job stinks. No improvement, in fact after today's staff meeting I'm more convinced than ever that I made the correct decision. My last day will be Friday. I am beyond ready to be done with the drama in that place. I have not found anything yet, but I'm not really pounding the pavement yet. We will be in NM and NV for the whole last 2 wks of this year, so I don't want to try and start anything before then. And then in January, I have to take an enormous, stressful, ridiculous test for my entrace paperwork. My DH prefers that I spend time studying and being sure that I pass before I commit to a new job.

5. What do you miss most about living in the OKC area? Everything! Ha! In all seriousness, I miss my support system. We had been in OKC for so long, that the people there were more like family. (especially since my family is cookoo for cocoa puffs...) I miss having my BFF less than a mile away. I miss Jason's Deli! And I miss GTGs!

Favorite movie? I seriously can't pick just one. I love movies. Except Star Wars. Much to my DHs dismay!

Most embarrassing moment? That's easy... The time I told a NICU nurse that it would cost her first born and the first and third fingers on her left hand to borrow a piece of our equipment when I worked at Children's. Turns out she had amniotic band syndrome in utero and was missing all but 5 total fingers between both hands. She held up the left hand and said "Oh good! That's the hand I do have!" head.desk. And then 3 min later my friend decides to kick me under the desk... Thanks friend. Thanks. So yah, I died. She laughed... all's fair I guess!

How did you decide to go into your particular line of work? Very cliche! I started out as a physical therapy major. Halfway through freshman year, my stepdad got really sick. I still had two younger sisters at home, so my mom was alone without income all of the sudden because he was the bread winner. So I sucked it up and moved home to help Mom with the girls. I couldn't really get the correct pre-reqs and core classes that I needed for a pre-PT degree at the teeny-tiny community college in our town, so I went with what I thought would be the "quick and easy" route. I was wrong! But in hindsight, I believe I was guided there, even if it was round-a-bout. I love, love, love being a nurse!

If you could switch careers, what would it be? Probably hair school. I'm dying to know how to do hair. Maybe I'll do it someday!

Do you consider yourself introverted or extroverted? totally extroverted. We actually took Briggs-Myers surveys at work this year. Totally awesome experience, I recommend it to everyone! And make your spouse do it too. It explains a lot!

When is the last time you got a pedicure? uhh... I plead the fifth! I really could not tell you for sure, but I'm pretty sure it was Mother's Day!! Yikes! I am going while we are in Vegas though. It's part of my "Yay, I'm turning 30 spa day" that my FIL/SMIL are sending me on!

What is your favorite thing about DH? He is my best friend. Seriously. There isn't one thing that he does not know about me; the good, bad, and ugly, and he loves me anyway. He's my rock, and my sounding board. I know that if it doesn't involve taking out the trash, I can count on him! (He "forgets" the trash thing... a LOT!)

What's been your best/most memorable moment of 2011? Hmmm... 2011 wasn't the most awesome... So far, it's probably Nolan's first steps. I was terrified that he would do them at daycare and I would miss it. Thankfully, that wasn't the case. The little stink just looked at me and took 3 steps the other direction! I never even saw it coming! Love that little turd!

What are you hoping to get this Christmas? Honestly. Peace and quiet! Materialistically speaking, I would like to have the Sirius system installed in my car. The dealership was going to charge us an ungodly amount of money to do it when we bought my car in July, so we opted out. But now I wish I had it!

Favorite dessert? Depends on the day! I love the chocolate mousse layered cake thingy at Olive Garden. Really anything chocolate!

Favorite movie? Can't name just one! I love girly, sappy movies. I love old movies. I love comedies. I have a Disney collection that would inspire jealousy in the heart of many a toddler! I do not do Sci-Fi very well. And I love many things Twilight (don't hate!).
We did watch The Change-Up this weekend. I thought I was going to pee my pants I laughed so hard!
