Daycare Christmas gifts question
We have something for each of the teachers and assistants. Last year I also gave a little something to the maintenance guy and cook and think I just gave a plate of goodies to the office. Is a $5 Target gift coin and goody bag of Christmas Crunch to each of the maintenance person and cook too little? The $5 is much less than the teachers' GCs but then again, the teachers are really the hands' on caregivers. What do you think? TIA!
