Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Update: Got an offer!
So...I actually did try and negotiate, haha! I went for more PTO and a slight salary increase due to the increased medical premiums.
She told me that the benefits are non-negotiable but she would check regarding the salary increase. She mentioned that the salary offer was at the end high (which is the truth, I looked on Glassdoor.com) so she didn't know if it would fly.
The end result? No dice on any of it. But I accepted anyway. After all it is a 21k pay increase!!!! I start 1/9
