I need to mail something out today in a pizza box...don't worry it's unused. But the pizza box has writing on it. If I wrapped it in wrapping paper with the white part showing would the post office give me a hard time about it?

Re: Mail Question
I wouldn't think they should give you a problem but if you have any brown paper bags I might go that route instead of the wrapping paper.

"Do not use wrapping paper, string, masking tape or cellophane tape."
Sonofabitch.
True, but at least it's an answer straight from the source.
Agreed. The post office and I aren't on great terms as it is. If I had went there with these boxes wrapped and they wouldn't take them I would have been the one going postal.
does it fit into one of their flat rate boxes? That's a free box option.
They keep loosing my packages so I am not a good terms with our local one either.
Sadly, no. I have 2 16 inch wreaths I'm mailing out. I've looked all over and pizza boxes are my only option.
You can get plain brown paper at walmart, bx, office max, etc. Wrap the box in that. It comes in a roll just like wrapping paper.
While I know the website says that, I'm going to say that I'm 98% positive I've received a gift once wrapped in backwards wrapping paper and taped over completely to reinforce the paper.
