Bored
I've had a bunch of cancellations today. I have plenty of work I could be doing, but am procrastinating. Anyone have anything intetesting to share?

I had a bunch of legal publications that needed to be typed up, so now I am sitting back listening to Christmas music and waiting for 11:15 to come so I can heat up my soup and finish my book during my break.
Dude, I'm so glad I don't do legals. Our poor legals person is constantly pulling her hair out.

he basically said it's over, we're done, we're bringing everyone home. Welcome home soldiers! It was great.
I'm glad I just do the ones that come in through email so we can copy and paste most of them, but I hate the 3 page PDF files that we take a half hour to type. Ugh
Imagine being the person at the attorney's office having to type them up to send it to you ;p

I'm really frustrated for my husband. Over the summer he applied for a job and was offered it, but it was in a different location and he was told the same position would be opening in his office in a few months. He declined the first job and the position in his office did open. He applied and interviewed for it and they have been stringing him along for 4 months. Today we find out that they have eliminated the position as well as a second position which he interviewed for.
I know he is upset and I also know how stressful his job is and he really needs to be doing something different. I wish that I could do something, but there is nothing to do.
Stand up for something you believe in.
Oh I feel for you!! It's a lot of paperwork to keep up with. I can't even imagine!
I'm way too excited about making Elmo cake and cupcakes tomorrow. It's seriously the highlight of my weekend.
I want to quit my job, like yesterday. I'm getting way too impatient.
I used to feel this way sometimes. But not lately. I think that alone indicates that it's time for me to move on. My empathy is dwindling quickly.
Maybe it is time to move on. I find I have more empathy for children than adults, because they have less control over their situation.
