After 3 years ...
It's finally happening!! We're closing Wednesday December 21!! After losing a condo in suffern & then a house in stony point and moving to a bigger apartment we're finally getting our house! Everything happens for a reason has never been more true! We would have outgrown both of those other places already & this place is literally on the border of Jersey! I can't get any closer to home. Soo thank you all for your help & support going through this journey! The house hunt has not been an easy one for us but it looks like its finally over!.... till D retires & we can move to Jersey that is 
(12.5 years but who's counting?? lol)
This is going to be a very hectic holiday. We close Wednesday and have intentions on moving boxes over Wednesday night & getting a christmas tree. Thursday we'll rent a truck for the furniture and move that stuff over & ill be unpacking and decorating the tree. I still have to wrap all the presents once we're in! What a messy Christmas this will be!

Good Luck with the move and setting up Christmas. A friend of mine had a baby November 6th, closed on a house and is moving next week also.
It all works out in the end!
