Not real sure that anyone can help, but DS has started refusing naps at daycare. I'm not sure what exactly their routine is, but isn't nap refusal sometimes a symptom of being overtired? Maybe messing with the bedtime routine/time would help? He's been up early a few times also because DD pretty routinely cries to eat at about 5

Re: Toddler nap advice
really? so young? he still goes to bed at 7:30 on days he naps and he's a complete mess in the evenings when he doesn't

the routine is definitely consistent. I just don't know what it is. they all nap together after lunch. I don't know how they put them down except that they play music. Maybe if I found out what exactly they do and try to do the same here?
I'm also pretty sure that being woken early by the baby isn't helping matters. I feel like we might be slipping into the chronically over-tired spiral

Lucy started the process of dropping the nap around 2, but we desperately held onto it till she was 3. Lexi started dropping a few months ago, but we desperately tried to hold onto it till last month... It started with problems falling asleep for naps and then a month or two later it started problems at bedtime. I hate nap dropping and am super bummed my kids dropped so young.
