But I was mostly concerned about it being for sale and where they were going to film?!?! I thought this meant the show hadn't been renewed afterall. Phew!

Love it. I would totally live there if I had the $$$ to fix it up right (I need that kitchen).
Actually, I'd be more turned off by the fact that it's in LA, and the fact that it's probably on a tour than any of the creepy stuff. They don't even film there anymore.
