Goooooood morning!
Today should be a pretty busy day. I've got an appointment to meet with the doc that will be delivering baby raynes this morning, which is exciting and sort of nerve wracking at the same time.
Derek's gone for nearly the whole weekend, so I plan on being productive. I think I'll make up my baking shopping list today and figure out a rough time-line.
What does everyone have on the go this weekend?

Happy Friday! We had our Christmas party last night which was a ton of fun. Only downside was that it was pouring when I left about 11:30, and there wasn't a cab to be found. I finally made my way to a tube, but it wasn't ideal.
Oh, and apparently the secret santa gift that I gave got lost in transit somewhere. Which totally sucks since I'd found something that was perfect for this guy, and I also felt so bad for him as he was the only one that didn't get something last night. Oh well, he's getting a replacement gift today, but it won't be near as funny as what I'd gotten.
Busy night tonight with baking and putting up our tree and decorations (hopefully). We're having a dinner party tomorrow, so it all needs to be done before than.

Good morning. So very happy it's Friday--this has been a tough week for both Josh and me. We just both need to get home, hit the gym, and then have a relaxing dinner.
This weekend will be quiet. Got to do some stuff for the review website, but other than that, it should be quiet. I do have an appointment to get my eyebrows done, but that's about it for scheduled activities.

I'm all dolled up today so I don't have to worry about changing when I get home to go to DH's Christmas work party. The people he works with are usually really fun, and the food should be alright. My BFF is watching Jackson while we go, and it should be interesting. Her fiancee is really scared of the baby, but they're getting married next year and she wants kids right away. I think tonight might give them a taste of reality. Jackson hasn't been the easiest baby lately.
Tomorrow is shopping during the day with same BFF and then DH's family Christmas at night. They're probably ordering pizza and then it's just a silly gift card swap between everyone, because no one knows how to put any thought into their gifts. His family ruins what Christmas is all about if you ask me.
Sunday will be full on cleaning mode and then Monday I'm headed to the airport to pick up my brother! Very excited!

Lastnight was great. I got some quality time with the boys and may or may not have been on all fours lastnight crawling around with one or two kids on my back. They enjoyed it and laughed the whole time. Moments like that I love!
Today is a busy day at work since end of year is near. DH is working tonight and tomorrow night so it's just the boys and I. I am going to try to go to my BFF's family Christmas party with them tomorrow, and then Sunday we have DH's family Christmas.

Happy Friday! I finally got in a workout last night. It was the first one in a couple of weeks and I felt it (and am still feeling it). Then I ended up staying up entirely too late watching women's volleyball. Our team advanced to the national championship game for the first time ever.
Today is Kyle's holiday party at lunch so I'm hoping that the day flies by since I'll have a nice break mid-day. This weekend the only real plans that we have are a Christmas party tomorrow night with some friends. Otherwise I really need to work on sending out our Christmas cards and finishing my baking. My house could use a good cleaning as well, and I could definitely use a few more good workouts with all of the food I've eaten this week thanks to the 3 holiday parties.
Hmm, well it's nearly 9:40 here and I am still the only staff member in the office. I know that two are out on leave and one I passed on my way in going to a meeting, but that doesn't explain what happened to the other four. On the plus side, I'm running the very noisy shredder while I'm all alone.
Last night, I got all the ends woven in on my Christmas knitting and got those wrapped. On needed to go the post office, so I sent it with Jim this morning. He's also going to pick up a package, which I hope is my SS gift!
Tonight, we are making cookies and I'll do some more baking this weekend. I don't have anything else planned, other than to go look as some holiday lights and the normal errand running stuff.

Good morning, ladies.
I'm taking a half day off, and picking up my finished Christmas quilt from my friend at noon (I don't have a sewing machine big enough to finish a 60" x 60" quilt, so I make the quilt top and she does the finishing).
And, I'm so excited to make and bake gifts this weekend. Looks like butter toffee, lemon blueberry cheesecake cookies, pumpkin snickerdoodles, and butternut squash bread are all on the menu. I've got to get OOT gifts in the mail on Monday, and a few CWs who will be out later next week will be getting theirs.

Good morning ladies.
Today is going to be pretty hectic, I have a few meeting this morning and a few loose ends I need to tie up to insure things run smoothly while I'm off next week. After that I'll be setting up and decorating for our Christmas party. We rent out one of the empty suites in our building for our Christmas party and do all the decorating and food ourselves, it's so much fun!
Tonight J and I are meeting my parents for dinner and maybe doing a little Christmas shopping. Tomorrow we're going to J's grandparents to have Christmas with his dad's side or the family then we have my office Christmas party in the evening.
Sunday we're going to my aunt's house (3 hour drive) to celebrate Christmas with my mom's family. Then Monday is the start of my vacation, which will be much needed after this crazy weekend!

Good morning all. I'm so happy it's Friday. This week has been really long and very busy. I'm hoping not to have to work this weekend, but I'll have to wait and see what doesn't get done today before I will know for sure. Tomorrow, B and I are meeting SIL, BIL, nephews, and B's cousins at the childrens' museum. I'm excited for the big GTG but not so much for the museum. It's always super crowded, and it's very expensive. I'm also sure that our nephews will stay for an hour and then get board and want to leave. Aside from that, Saturday, I'm headed to a concert with some friends. The rest of the weekend should be fairly relaxing, I hope.

Morning ladies! I really never thought Friday was coming this week.
Last night was a quiet night at home. I made these amazing Juicy Lucy burgers for dinner and DH devoured his before I even sat down.
We're having a date night tonight to use up a Groupon. I'm a bit nervous because since the Groupon has come out, the ratings have gone down, but I'm willing to give it a try.
Relaxing weekend for us, nothing really planned. I generally like weekends like this!
Sorry to be the Debbie Downer today but my Friday has sucked.
I was worried most of the night about my brother after our ER visit last night but I woke up nice and early to get a run in. As I was leaving, DH comes up the stairs shaking his head...the cat has no peed on the bookcase in the basement. I don't know how much more we can take.
I put him back in the crate so that we could safely confine him while we are at work and not worry about him going anywhere else. I was in tears most of the morning and fighting back tears most of the day at work because I know we might have to make the decision to put him down but we are trying SO hard to avoid this. Just the thought makes me cry. But at this point, even if it's a physical issue and we solve it, I'm worried that with how many places he is peeing that we won't clean it well enough and it will become a habit. We have an appointment tomorrow with another vet to have him check to see if it's something else physically.
I did manage to get 3 miles in on the treadmill after I calmed down a bit but I just feel so sad and defeated.
