What are your favorite Christmas cookies?
I'm knee-deep in making Christmas cookies this week. I haven't met a cookie that I didn't like, but I think my favorites are the buckeyes. My aunt always made them and brought them for Christmas when I was younger. We all fought to get one, because they are so yummy. Now they make me think of home (Ohio) so I aways have to make them. I'm making some tomorrow!

Peanut Butter Blossoms....they probably aren't really considered Christmas cookies but we only make them at Christmas so I call them Christmas cookies. I also love the pretzels dipped in vanilla almond bark, ritz crackers dipped in mint chocolate (our version of thin mints when the Girl Scouts aren't selling them) and coconut balls dipped in chocolate.
What are buckeyes?
Buckeyes are a peanut butter ball dipped in chocolate. They are a big deal in the midwest (esp. Ohio). Oh, & they are DELICIOUS
