THANK YOU! I've been debating getting this dress from F21, but didn't want to pay shipping for it (and things are never reliably in stores so I pretty much have to order it):
I think this might be the winner! (mainly because of the price, even though I really liked the sleeve look, I just can't justify more than $30 on a sequin dress I may not get much wear out of) Plus, you can return any online purchase, so we'll see.
FYI I found this dress on ModCloth, which is probably the ideal version of what I want, but a) out of stock (signed up to find out when it's back in) and b) again, not sure I want to pay $90 right now :-/

yeah, I don't have any plans yet either, lol. a friend and I told each other last year we would wear sparkly dresses and find something to do together this year :P
