Which is more economical/eco-friendly?
Should I be doing smaller loads in the washer, or should I wait until I have a full load? I'm only one person, so it would take me like two weeks to get a full load of whites.
Re: Which is more economical/eco-friendly?
Full loads are more economical and eco-friendly- but if you can't then hopefully you can adjust the load size on your machine to at least reduce water consumption?
Also if you only use cold water you can wash most things together w/o any ill effects, and it saves energy.
Lastly, over-drying is the main cause of static build-up on clothes, so if you don't over-dry your laundry you can usually eliminate dryer sheets.
