My OB doesn't do internals, so no known changes for me. I have my next appointment on Monday, and I'm guessing we'll discuss an induction/eviction date at that point. They like to induce by 41 weeks, and with last time, I'm okay with that.

I registered at BRU and Target with Alex. BBB wasn't in our area at the time, but it is now of course.

For us, it was the swing. That's where all her sleeping was done. She stayed in it until she was 5 months old when she was strong enough to pull it to a stop. That was a sad day for H and I.

We're going to try a bassinet this time. It fits beside the bed in our tiny room, and since I'm attempting BF this time, it was the best option for us. Hopefully it will work out. Alex ended up sleeping in our bed, in a Boppy, for 8 weeks. Not what "they" say you should do, but it was either that or the swing. If the bassinet doesn't work out we'll probably go get a rock n play and see if that helps.

Any changes/milestones/appointments this week? Non-stop contractions. We went out of town yesterday and the car ride made them even worse. I'm demanding a cervix check on Monday at the MFM because I'm really worried!

Any changes/milestones/appointments this week? I was supposed to have an appointment this morning, but the doc is sick and was rescheduled for next Tues. That is a HUGE weight off my shoulders! I didn't sleep well last night thinking about all of the things that I should get done before heading to my appointment today. My last two appointments have ended up with me in L&D and facing a possible early c/s. I figured today would be the same so I wanted my hospital bag packed and my house cleaned, just in case. Don't get me wrong, if there is something wrong with the baby, I want her out whenever it's medically necessary, but my maternal instinct is everything is fine. The baby's HR only gets high when I have to lay flat on my back and the Dr. uses the doppler. Any other time, baby's HR is just fine.

I am registered at Amazon, but it's more just a shopping list for myself and now I have a 10% completion code that I can use for a breast pump if I should be successful at BFing.

We bought it when Kodi was around 1 and use it everyday for all meals and snacks. It works great for catching food that gets dropped and then Kodi eats out of the bib too so not as much food lands on the floor and gets wasted. And I love that it washes so easily, we just wash it with our dishes. We just bought a 2nd one for the baby.

Baby will sleep in the bassinet part of our travel lite crib (smaller version of a pack n play). Holy fatigue! I just want to sleep ALL THE TIME. I had an ultrasound on Friday and WE SAW A HEARTBEAT! The tech go the OB because she though the yolk sac looked more prominent than usual, so I have a repeat u/s next Friday. The OB said it's nothing to worry about though. I'm sticking with that.
