We might renew after we've been married like 20+ years maybe.
It's funny, the day after our wedding we were getting into the car to visit family at my parents and DH turns to me and says "don't you wish we could do it all again today?". The first thing out of my mouth was "do I have to put my dress on again?"
My grandparents renewed their vows on their 50th wedding anniversary, complete with a reception and everything, and then renewed again just in church on their 60th anniversary. It was great to witness that.
