I can't say no to fresh pastries from the bakery even if I'm sick, full or trying to lose weight. The damn homemade xmas cookies (the nice soft kind with icing and almond extract) have been making their way to my stomach the past three days. I've been limiting myself to three small ones for breakfast and telling myself I'll burn off the calories faster since I ate them early. Maybe I should switch the I in Fitnessgirl to an A.
What's your food drug of choice?

Yay! I'm considered a hardcore weirdo by my friends lol. But they make them for me anyways and I lurve them. I've actually never made them myself because others know how much I love them and always make them for me!
