Does anyone go here for Grooming? I know we've had grooming posts in the past and couldn't remember if this was listed. It's very close to my house so was thinking about trying it.

    We used it once because we had a coupon and we had a really good experience with them. We moved, so we're not close to them anymore -- but I would recommend them.

    I drive from Bellevue to there to bring my dog because its a pretty good experience and we have a huge dog but they don't charge that major of price differences.  By far the cheapest place that I have seen. If you sign up for their emails, you can get some great deals (i.e. we have done grooming from 20-25 dollars for my 100 pound chocolate lab) and left her at the groomers for a half day groom/half day daycare for 25 or 30 dollars. Also, just a nail trim is 5 dollars which is good for us b/c our dog will not let us near hers!!

    I was there on Saturday for nail trim (drop in) and couldn't book an appointment until Jan 2nd for grooming so if you need something soon you might be out of luck. Also I am not for sure, but think that if you decide to go there, I can get some sort of referral so please pm if you would like to drop my name.

    I actually won't be going in until after the year so that is fine if they are busy now. I currently go to Bark Avenue and they do good work but it's $45 a time and I just have a yorkie. Plus they are always running behind and super busy. I like that this is close so I wouldn't have to leave him there all day. That's good to know about dropping in for nail trimming. I just took my dog to Petsmart which was $9 and I don't think they really did much.

    I have been wondering about this place also, the prices seem so cheap when compared to what I'm used to paying!  If the service is good, we may be switching groomers.

    We also used to take our dog to Tailwaggers --- they were on 108th and Fort but moved to 108th and Maple (on the Northwest corner). They were always really good with her --- our Jack Russell/Beagle was usually $35 for her shampoo/haircut/nail trim.

    We took Lacey over to All About Dogs --- right next to Hobby Lobby on Millard Ave. We're really happy with them :)  I saw Mobile Pet Spa is opening a store front at 168th and Harrison --- but when I got a quote from them, they seemed pretty high. Not sure what their location pricing will be.

    The owner of All About Dogs - her name is Lori Shelton.  She is wonderful.  She took my dad's dog, Sammy, in this past summer when my dad was ill (he had ALS; passed away in June).  My sister and I were unable to care for Sammy while dealing with Dad's illness and she took him in, no questions asked, and took wonderful care of him.  Tell her Dawn sent you.
