What's going on today ladies?
So far I've been playing with Myles, and trying to plan my grocery shopping for the week. Also I am going to make those Pumpkin Snickerdoodles today because they look yummy.

Re: Happy Saturday
we are having my husbands family christmas at our house today. so all of my in-laws will come eat food make a mess out of our house and leave. I hope my SIL bring wine again.
Then tommorrow is my family christmas at my grandmas house.
Morning ladies.
So far I've had lots of play time with the boys. We also watched it snow for a little while. Hoping there is a nap in the near future since they were up pretty early. Then the 3 of us are heading to my BFF's family Christmas party while DH sleeps before work.
Have a great day ladies!
Morning. I just got back from having my eyebrows done and am now going to try to get some writing done. I'm enjoying my last cup of caramel pecan coffee (which was excellent, btw, I may be Harry & David's convert) and looking for a part of Josh's Christmas present. Pretty quiet overall.
Have a great Saturday, everyone!
We just got back from the vet.
They ruled out any medical issues with an x-ray and are thinking Winston has some interstitial cystitis possibly combined with his behavioural issues. So, our plan is to continue his antidepressant, finish off the antibiotic, they gave him an injection and we are trying a bladder analgesic in addition. Lots of meds to try. Plus, they did suggest blocking off the area he has been marking for now. My brother is going to come over in a few hours and help move an armoire and dresser so Winston can't get in the basement. Hopefully this solves his problem.

rxbeth hope your kitty gets better soon!
We had a long day. We had planned to go to the outdoor Christmas market to see our choir sing, but last night V got an email saying that they desperately needed him to sing because one of the men got sick. So instead of going just to see their 3:00 show, we had to go for both the 12:00 and 3:00 shows and spend the afternoon there. It was pretty nice, but cold! Then we had to visit the lawyer to sign the wills (glad that's done!) and went grocery shopping.
Phew! Tomorrow we are going to 2 Christmas parties. Another long but hopefully fun day.

Good evening! We went on date night last night to use a Groupon and it was nice, but after getting cold on the bus ride home, we both fell asleep on the couch. We ended up in bed before 10:30, guess we're getting old!
Today we did errands and now I'm doing laundry, and cooking fresh bread, french onion soup and making my grandpa cookies.
I'm having a hard time knowing grandpa is alone this year at Christmas.
Today started of craptastic, but ended strong.
I woke up to go our and run errands early and stepped in a puddle in my bathroom floor, so we spent the morning with the plumber. Stupid leak ruined my bath bombs from Lush, too.
I did get the sugar cookies baked (I made the dough on Wednesday night).
We finally left for errands around 2:00 and I could not find one single thing I wanted at Michael's. It was like a plague of locusts had been in there. I came home very frustrated, put away groceries, put dinner in the crockpot and then took a nap with Rex, since Jim and I were being snippy with each other.
When I woke up, dinner was nowhere near cooked so we said screw it and left it going on the counter and went out to look at Christmas lights. This was the beginning of the awesome part. There were two houses that we had seen on t.v. (one on the local news and one on HGTV) that we wanted to see. Then we stopped for hot fudge sundaes on the way home. I have pictures that I'm going to put on my blog.
When I got home, I made biscuits for our SIL's dogs - so fun!
