Next week I have an interview for a sales position at The Container Store. I'm in the middle of doing research on the company and their product line so I'll be ready for my meeting. Unfortunately I don't own any of their items. Ladies, would you be willing to tell me why you like The Container Store and your favorite product(s)? This would be a real help.
Thanks in advance!
Re: The Container Store
Are you kidding? It is like organizational mecca. My favorite thing is their Elfa storage line- they do everything from custom closets to shelving. I have a baker's rack with a butcher's block top that I love. I also use their cabinet organizational systems (small spaces= necessary modifications). Also, they have amazing gift wrap/ boxes/ fun packing products. And every holiday season they have really cool stocking stuffers- they send out a whole mini-catalog of them.
I'd definitely go into the store and walk around before interviewing.
Stand up for something you believe in.
Really? You have never been? Oh, it is AMAZING!!!
I went in there once and I have to promise myself to go back there in 6 months. I did THAT much financial damage in that place. I love boots and they had special containers for boot storage. I like to keep all my shoes in boxes or storage containers so imagine how happy I was.
They have EVERYTHING for organizing there. You have to go and check it out and make sure you do not blow all of your money in one visit. I almost did!
If I went there more than once a month I'd be broke, and DH would divorce me.
As it is he claims all of his posessions are in labeled clear containers.
I would study up on elfa, and do a walk-through of the store.
They recently announced you can register for wedding gifts there.
I told my husband I was considering divorcing him just so that I could get remarried and then register there.
