Because there is a large cross section of the population who think Joe's Crab Shack is really fun and the food is sooooo good [/sarcasm]. He caters to tourists and people who just don't know any better.

I bartended at the one by reliant in early 2006 when he owned it. It was a super sh1tty place to work by employee standards. The bosses and policies were ridiculous. I reported some stuff when I quit to department of labor.
